Job requirements

  • Own the strategic vision for the product and lead your teams' efforts to have a deep understanding of the user, their issues, pains, and desires
  • Create and maintain dashboards with metrics and KPIs to convey the most value for users
  • Become a subject matter expert about the business domain for your product
  • Establish mastery of the market and industry in which your solution(s) compete and collaborate with our partners to understand where the market will be tomorrow
  • Lead a culture of collaboration with cross-functional teams composed of designers, engineers, analysts, and client stakeholders
  • Discover and develop ideas and work with your teams to shape those ideas so that they are clearly mapped to objectives and metrics of relative interest
  • Maintain exceptional product requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation of FAQs to enable design and engineering to execute from
  • Present roadmaps, complex ideas, and features to executive audiences
  • Quickly deliver product iterations or POCs
  • Quantify and measure product success and validate hypotheses via A/B testing
  • Partner with marketing and other teams focused on outbound communication with customers in order to maximize the adoption and retention of your customers

The role will be fully remote with working hours of +/- 2 hours of EST

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with digital products in an agile setting
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders
  • Ability to contribute to engineering discussions; you don’t need to drive them or perform code reviews, but you should be able to follow along and contribute
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and engineering
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions to solve complex technical and operational challenges
  • Experience supporting distributed teams
  • Demonstrated technical product ownership for large-scale digital products
